The Green Hour - St. George Absinthe

I have finally decided to start my absinthe review series. I figure I can do one a week, that will give me something to do, something to focus on. I have a ton of ideas on other episodes down the line. I suppose concepts are easy when they are on a subject near and dear to my heart. So here you go, and let me know what you think.
